Services

FCS provides done-for-you lead management services for roofing companies including automated SMS follow-up and appointment booking.

SMS / Text Messaging

Full Calendar Systems LLC operates an SMS messaging program for demo scheduling, appointment confirmations, and service-related communications. You expressly consent to receive SMS messages from Full Calendar Systems LLC by either (a) submitting your phone number through a form on fullcalendarsystems.com and checking the applicable SMS consent box, or (b) initiating a text conversation with our published number. We do not send SMS messages to anyone who has not affirmatively opted in through one of these methods, and we do not engage in cold-text outreach. Consent is not a condition of purchase or receipt of services.

Opt-Out: You can cancel SMS messages at any time. Text STOP to +1 (737) 427-2221. After sending STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To re-subscribe, sign up again through our website. If you are experiencing issues, reply HELP for assistance, or contact us directly at james@fullcalendarsystems.com.

Message Frequency: Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You may receive up to 10 messages per month, depending on your interactions with us. Message frequency varies. If you have questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

Data Sharing: No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Payment Terms

Services are billed monthly. Pricing is subject to change with 30 days notice to existing clients.

Cancellation

Either party may cancel with 30 days written notice.

Limitation of Liability

FCS is not liable for missed leads, lost revenue, or damages beyond fees paid in the prior 30 days. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

Age Restriction

Our services are intended for use by individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By using our website or submitting our forms, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18 years of age.

Privacy Policy
